Your Responsibilities
– You have impact and push new initiatives and projects to grow and enable our team and take an active role in implementing people & culture topics
– You collaborate closely with our teams and learn about various departments and roles while helping us find the best talents all over the world and approach them actively
– You will be the first point of contact for candidates and responsible for ensuring an excellent candidate experience
– You engage with passive candidates and nurture our strategic talent pipelines
– You will be creative and develop employer branding initiatives, which will help us win the best talents and make us an employer of choice
– You will take ownership in our onboarding process and make sure our new joiner will have an awesome experience and be integrated smoothly

What you need to succeed
– You ideally are currently enrolled or just graduated from studies in business administration, psychology or a related field
– You already gained experience in "people & culture" topics
– You make things happen and are motivated by having a real impact on the success oft the business
– You work in a focused and structured manner, and you are curious and proactively engage with people through excellent communication skills
– You convince with your creativity, and you act courageously to make a difference in our ambiguous environment
– You love to be challenged in a fast-paced environment, and you are a person of conviction as well as you feel like you will thrive in our culture
